Counseling Services: My Therapeutic Approach

Our counseling approach will be collaborative and engaging. You are the expert of your own lived experiences, mind, and body. I offer a space to share, learn, redefine, and transform through mental health services.


I primarily work with individuals who want to understand more about how their mind works, while also strengthening their interpersonal relationships and determining their own core values and belief systems. My therapeutic approach involves offering ways to manage your mental health symptoms and helping you reframe unhelpful thoughts, so you feel empowered to find meaning and purpose in your life.


I value creating a nurturing and nonjudgmental space for clients to share about themselves, while identifying the connection among their thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and behaviors.
